Description

This Tangy Vinegar Coleslaw (No Mayo, Summer-Ready) features crisp coleslaw mix, zesty apple cider vinegar, and a hint of maple syrup, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag pre-packaged coleslaw of choice (1416 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Open the bag of coleslaw mix and empty it into a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and celery seeds. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw and toss until the mixture is fully coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. For the best flavor, let the coleslaw chill in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight, but it can be enjoyed immediately as well.
