- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F and toast flour on a cookie sheet for 8 minutes.
- Heat milk to 110°F and add yeast and sugar, allowing to foam for 10 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Combine with milk mixture, egg, and butter to form dough.
- Let dough rise in a warm environment for 1 hour, covered with a towel.
- Prepare sugar cookie mix in a separate bowl while dough rises.
- Make cinnamon filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out dough and spread cinnamon filling, adding scoops of sugar cookie dough on top.
- Roll into a log, slice into rolls, and place in a greased pan to rise for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 25-28 minutes until golden.
- Prepare cream cheese icing and spread over rolls once cooled.
Notes
Store leftover rolls at room temperature for up to 2 days.
