- 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, eggs, strawberry cake mix, and gelatin in a bowl until combined.
- Spread batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25 minutes until edges are golden.
- Beat together cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth for frosting.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies and set aside.
- Pulse Golden Oreos in a food processor, then mix with strawberry gelatin and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the Oreo mixture over the frosted brownies and press down gently.
- Cut into squares and serve fresh.
