Description

Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
  • 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat to create simple syrup. Cook until the sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes.
  • Allow the simple syrup to cool completely.
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Optionally, top with additional rum and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Ensure the simple syrup cools completely before mixing it with the other ingredients.
For a sweeter daiquiri, adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste.
