Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 flour tortillas (6 inches in size)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • Dill pickle chips
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  • Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and roll into balls.
  • Prep tortillas by spreading beef portions on each, season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat skillet with oil over medium-high heat.
