Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola are a quick and delicious way to enjoy a healthy meal. With layers of creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola, they are perfect for breakfast or a light snack. Customize them with your favorite flavors for a tasty treat that satisfies!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine honey or maple syrup with the Greek yogurt until smooth, if using sweetener.
  • Layer half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl, then add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
  • Drizzle with extra honey if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to use any fruit of your choice for a different flavor.
For extra crunch, add nuts or seeds to the layers.
These parfaits are perfect for meal prep; just layer in jars and refrigerate.
