Instructions
- Prep the pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in crispy rice cereal until well coated with marshmallow.
