Description

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter (3/4 cup; 170g)
  • Mini Marshmallows (two 10-ounce bags; 566g)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Crispy Rice Cereal (9 cups; 270g)

Instructions

  • Prep the pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in crispy rice cereal until well coated with marshmallow.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and spread into an even layer, lightly pressing without compacting.
  • Let it set at room temperature for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
