- 12 ounce mini marshmallows
- 7 cups rice krispies cereal

- sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, then add marshmallows and reduce heat.
- Stir constantly to ensure the mixture doesn't stick until completely melted.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, pressing it down evenly (using butter or parchment to prevent sticking if necessary).
- Cool in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, then cut into desired shapes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl using a microwave or double boiler, adding food coloring for decoration as you wish.
- Once slightly cooled, transfer to a piping bag and drizzle on top of the treats, adding sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Use a buttered spatula to flatten the mixture for even distribution in the pan.
Feel free to customize with different colored sprinkles for various occasions.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
