Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups are a crowd-pleaser, bursting with flavor from pepperoni, ham, and cheesy goodness. Perfect for a quick dinner or tasty snack, they are easy to prepare and bake to golden perfection!


Ingredients

  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice for serving
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×10 inches and ¼ inch thick. Avoid rolling it too thin to maintain shape.
  • Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about ½ inch around the edges. Add pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella evenly without overstuffing.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the longer side and pinch the seams to seal. Cut into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife and place on the sheet pan, spacing them 3 to 4 inches apart.
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and seasoning with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some garlic butter, leaving some for later.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Brush with remaining garlic butter after removing from the oven. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, ensure the dough is rolled evenly to maintain uniform cooking.
Feel free to swap the deli ham with cooked sausage or vegetables for a different flavor!
