Ingredients
- Refrigerated biscuit dough (2 cans)
- Pizza sauce (1 cup)
- Shredded mozzarella (1 ½ cups)
- Mini pepperoni (½ cup)
- Grated parmesan (2 Tbsp, optional)
- Dried oregano (½ tsp, optional)
- Italian seasoning (½ tsp)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
- In a bowl, combine biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
- Season with Italian seasoning, and optionally, add parmesan and oregano.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
