Description

This Pizza Biscuit Casserole features golden biscuits, zesty pepperoni, and gooey cheese, making it the perfect comfort food. Great for quick dinners or gatherings!


Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough (2 cans)
  • Pizza sauce (1 cup)
  • Shredded mozzarella (1 ½ cups)
  • Mini pepperoni (½ cup)
  • Grated parmesan (2 Tbsp, optional)
  • Dried oregano (½ tsp, optional)
  • Italian seasoning (½ tsp)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
  • In a bowl, combine biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, and optionally, add parmesan and oregano.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes
