Description

Enjoy a festive cocktail experience with Peppermint Espresso Martinis! This easy recipe blends rich espresso, vodka, and a hint of peppermint for an irresistible flavor that’s perfect for cozy gatherings or holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 3 oz fresh brewed espresso
  • 2 oz half & half
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Candy canes (crushed)
  • 6 espresso beans

Instructions

  • Prepare the martini glasses with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes on the rim.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
  • Shake well for about 60 seconds to chill and emulsify the mix.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into prepared glasses and garnish with three espresso beans.
