Description

These Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a wonderful blend of flavors with a crispy texture. Perfect for any meal, this easy recipe makes for a great side or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a rimmed cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Wash, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts for even cooking.
  • (Optional) Par-cook the sprouts in the microwave for 1 minute to reduce roasting time.
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Parmesan.
  • Arrange the sprouts cut-side down on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or salad topping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Reheat in a 375°F oven for 10-15 minutes for optimal crispiness.
For extra crunch, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
