- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a rimmed cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- Wash, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts for even cooking.
- (Optional) Par-cook the sprouts in the microwave for 1 minute to reduce roasting time.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Parmesan.
- Arrange the sprouts cut-side down on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Serve hot as a side dish or salad topping.
Notes

Reheat in a 375°F oven for 10-15 minutes for optimal crispiness.
