Description

These Oreo Balls are irresistibly delicious and easy to make, featuring crushed Oreos combined with cream cheese, coated in chocolate, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 (14.3oz/405g) regular Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces (226g) full-fat brick cream cheese
  • 12 ounces (339g) semi-sweet or white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Optional for garnish: Sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, or additional melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin.
  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into balls about 18–22 grams each and chill for at least an hour.
  • Melt the chocolate with oil in intervals and cool slightly before dipping.
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate, swirling to coat, and let excess drip off.
  • Decorate while the chocolate is still wet and chill until set.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
If the mixture is too sticky, chill it for 15 minutes before shaping.
For a festive twist, use food coloring in the melted chocolate.
