Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour
- Salt
- Instant Yeast or Active Dry Yeast
- Lukewarm Water (½ cup + 1 tbsp)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Flour or Semolina Flour
- Pizza Sauce (½ cup)
- Fresh Mozzarella (5oz)
- Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
- Fresh Basil (3 tbsp)
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Whisk together lukewarm water and olive oil with dry ingredients to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface until it holds together.
- Let it rise in a greased bowl covered until doubled in size (30-60 min).
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll dough out to about 0.12-inch thick and cut into circles (20 total).
- Add toppings: sauce, mozzarella, oregano, and basil on mini pizza bases.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve with fresh basil and olive oil.
Notes
You can customize toppings to your liking, like adding pepperoni or veggies.
Store mini pizzas in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for 3 months.
Reheat in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes.
