Description

Ingredients

  • 227 g goat cheese, softened
  • 113 g cream cheese, softened
  • 15 ml honey
  • 120 ml chopped crispy cooked bacon
  • 30 ml chopped pecans
  • 30 ml dried cranberries, chopped
  • 15 ml fresh rosemary, minced
  • 240 ml arugula
  • Crackers or crostini for serving

Instructions

  • Blend the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold in honey gently.
  • Mix topping ingredients: bacon, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
  • Shape cheese mixture into a log using plastic wrap.
  • Coat the log with the topping mixture.
  • Garnish with arugula and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or crostini.
