- Crackers or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Blend the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in honey gently.
- Mix topping ingredients: bacon, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
- Shape cheese mixture into a log using plastic wrap.
- Coat the log with the topping mixture.
- Garnish with arugula and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or crostini.
