- 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken pieces, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the mixture and add oregano, basil, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
- Evenly spread the chicken and vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
