Description

Enjoy the exceptional flavors of Lobster Tail in Irresistible Garlic Butter. This dish combines fresh lobster with rich butter and spices for a quick, delightful meal that’s perfect for special occasions or whenever you crave seafood.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tails lobster tails 4–6 oz each, thawed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter european-style for extra richness
  • 1 tsp garlic powder burn-resistant flavor
  • 0.5 tsp paprika for color
  • 0.5 tsp cajun seasoning low-sodium blend recommended
  • 2 wedges lemon warm before squeezing for maximum yield
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped finely for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell using kitchen shears, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat while keeping it attached at the base and rest it on the split shell. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once foamy, whisk in the garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Place the lobster tails flesh-side down in the seasoned butter and sear for 2 minutes, basting with the butter as they cook.
  • Flip the tails and continue cooking shell-side down for another 1–2 minutes until the meat is firm yet springy.
  • Squeeze the lemon wedges over the lobster tails directly in the pan.
  • Garnish the dish with finely chopped parsley and serve immediately, drizzled with the pan sauce.

Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality European-style butter.
Make sure the lobster tails are thawed and pat them dry for optimal searing.
