Ingredients

- Honey (3 Tablespoons)
- Brown Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
- Dijon Mustard (2 Tablespoons)
- Ground Mustard (2 teaspoons)
- Onion Powder (1 and 1/2 teaspoons)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Optional Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together oil, honey, brown sugar, Dijon, ground mustard, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Break pretzels into smaller pieces and mix with the honey mustard mixture until well coated.
- Spread pretzel pieces on the baking sheet and sprinkle with optional sea salt.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until crispy and golden.
