Description

Ingredients

  • Hard Pretzels (12–16 ounces)
  • Oil (1/2 cup)
  • Honey (3 Tablespoons)
  • Brown Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
  • Dijon Mustard (2 Tablespoons)
  • Ground Mustard (2 teaspoons)
  • Onion Powder (1 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Optional Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together oil, honey, brown sugar, Dijon, ground mustard, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Break pretzels into smaller pieces and mix with the honey mustard mixture until well coated.
  • Spread pretzel pieces on the baking sheet and sprinkle with optional sea salt.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  • Allow pretzels to cool completely before storing.

Notes
