Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken (thighs or breasts)
  • Honey
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Ginger (optional)
  • Cornstarch (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Green Onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger if using.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and pour in the honey garlic sauce, scrape the pan.
  • Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly, then return chicken to skillet.
