  • 1 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mint extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 9 drops green food coloring
  • whipped cream, cherries, and fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the vanilla bean ice cream, whole milk, mint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring.
  • Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds until it is thick and creamy.
  • Pour the blended shake into two tall glasses.
  • Top each shake with whipped cream, cherries, and fresh mint sprigs.
