- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 bag white chocolate melting chips
- ¾ cup Valentine’s nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Prepare the dough by sprinkling sugar on the surface, place the puff pastry and add more sugar on top, gently pressing it in.
- Score and fold the dough to create layers resembling a book.
- Chill the folded dough in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the chilled dough into ½-inch pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
- Cool the palmiers on a wire rack, dip in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
