- 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 10.5 ounces cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ tablespoon minced onion
- Freshly chopped cilantro (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the frozen tater tots at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix browned beef with cheese sauce, taco seasoning, minced onion, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture over the tater tots evenly.
- Top with the remaining tater tots in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½ hours until bubbly and melted.
