Ingredients

  • Refrigerated crescent rolls: Two 8-ounce tubes
  • Cooked shredded chicken: About 3.3 cups
  • Softened cream cheese: One 8-ounce package
  • Diced green onion: ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Unsalted butter: ⅓ cup, melted
  • Italian bread crumbs: ½ cup
  • Cream of chicken soup: One 10.5-ounce can
  • Milk: ½ cup
  • Sour cream: ¼ cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare two sheet pans with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Unroll crescent rolls and place 2 tablespoons of filling on each triangle. Roll them up tightly, sealing the ends.
  • Melt butter and dip each pillow, then coat with bread crumbs.
