Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Soy Sauce
  • Shaoxing Wine
  • Cornstarch
  • Neutral Oil
  • Green Beans
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Scallions
  • Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Hoisin
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, sauté green beans until blistered, then set aside.
  • Cook marinated chicken until browned, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic, ginger, and scallions until fragrant.
  • Combine chicken and green beans in the skillet, pour sauce over, and cook until thickened.
