Description

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter
  • Cremini Mushrooms
  • Yellow Onion
  • Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • Reduced Salt Chicken Bouillon Seasoning
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
  • Chicken Stock
  • Potato Gnocchi

Instructions

  • Melt unsalted butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté sliced cremini mushrooms, diced yellow onion, and fresh thyme until tender.
  • Add shredded rotisserie chicken and thawed frozen peas and carrots, mixing well.
