These Frosted Christmas Brownies are a festive delight with rich chocolate flavor and vibrant frosting. Perfect for holiday parties and gatherings, they’re easy to make and will impress your guests!
Ingredients
- Brownie Mix (2 boxes or a double batch of homemade brownies)
- White Frosting (1-3 jars)
- Edible Gel Food Coloring
- Edible Gold Stars
- White Pearl Sprinkles
- Icing Bags
- Frosting Tips (large star – 1M)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to brownie mix instructions, usually around 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- Mix both boxes of brownie mix until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake according to package instructions or until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan, then remove and cut into triangles.
- Divide white frosting and tint with red and green gel food coloring. Transfer to icing bags.
- Decorate brownies with colored frosting, making Christmas tree and Santa hat shapes. Add edible gold stars and white pearl sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Brownies can be kept at room temperature for about 2 days in an airtight container.
For longer storage, refrigerate brownies for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
