Ingredients
- Brioche or Challah Bread
- Large Eggs
- Whole Milk
- Granulated Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon

- Maple Syrup, Powdered Sugar, or Fresh Berries (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Cut the brioche or challah into quarters and press into muffin cups.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cups and press gently to soak.

Notes

Using stale bread works well; just be cautious about over-soaking.
