- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Mix together warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy.
- Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Pour seasoned oil mixture into yeast mixture; stir to combine.
- Gradually mix in flour until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare muffin tin with oil.
- Scoop dough into muffin cups; dimpling the tops.
- Brush tops with remaining seasoned oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown.
