- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 15 oz black beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz pinto beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
Instructions
- Sauté the olive oil, ground beef, onions, and garlic in a large pot until the beef is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes and beef broth, stirring in spices until well combined.
- Incorporate black beans, pinto beans, and corn, mixing gently.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed before serving.
