- 15 oz canned black beans
- 1 cup canned corn
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sour cream, diced avocado, extra salsa, lime juice, cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange tortillas on a baking sheet and brush with avocado oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a skillet, combine chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning. Cook until heated through.
