Ingredients

  • Hawaiian sweet rolls (14 count)
  • Honey ham (0.55 pound)
  • Provolone cheese (0.3 pound)
  • Seasoned salt (1.1 teaspoons)
  • Dried minced onion (1.1 tablespoons)
  • Mayonnaise (0.55 cup)

Instructions

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and keep them connected.
  • Invert the rolls with crust sides inward.
  • Layer honey ham evenly across the bottom.
  • Add provolone cheese over the ham.
  • Sprinkle seasoned salt and dried minced onion on top.
  • Place the other half of the rolls on top and press down lightly.
  • Coat the top of the rolls with mayonnaise.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Grill the sandwich, mayonnaise side down, and add more mayo on top.
  • Toast until the bottom is golden (4-5 minutes).
  • Flip carefully and toast the other side until golden (4-5 minutes).
