- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, heavy cream, milk, and optional rose water. Blend until thick and smooth, similar to a milkshake consistency.
- Blend on medium-high speed until creamy and no ice chunks remain. Add a tablespoon of milk at a time if too thick, but avoid making it too runny.
