Ingredients
- Rice Krispies cereal
- Mini marshmallows (10 oz)

- Ground cinnamon (1½ tsp)
- Brown sugar (⅓ cup)
- Granulated sugar (⅓ cup for topping)
- Ground cinnamon (1 tsp for topping)
- Nonstick spray or butter
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a pot over medium heat, stirring until golden (5-7 minutes).
- Add mini marshmallows, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla; stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Fold in additional mini marshmallows gently.
- Grease a 9×13-inch pan and press mixture evenly without packing too tightly.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over warm treats.
- Allow to cool for 30-45 minutes, then cut into squares.
