  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of your favorite ramen noodles
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (divided)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic (divided)
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Scallions (for topping)
  • Bok choy (boiled)

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground ginger.
  • Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Boil eggs to your preference and blanch bok choy until tender.
  • Prepare the broth by combining chicken broth, soy sauce, and mirin, then add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
  • In serving bowls, mix egg yolk and mayonnaise to create a silky base.
  • Assemble the ramen with cooked noodles, broth, sliced chicken, bok choy, scallions, and halved boiled eggs.

Notes

Consider using boneless thighs for a richer flavor.
You can make this dish gluten-free by using gluten-free noodles and soy sauce.
