Description

This Crustless Quiche pairs eggs, ham, and broccoli for a flavorful dish that’s simple to prepare. Perfect for brunch or a light dinner, it’s hearty and healthy!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ham (chopped)
  • ¾ cup broccoli (chopped small)
  • ¼ cup yellow onion (diced)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onion

Instructions
