- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 (15.25 oz) can corn (drained)
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Add stew meat and kielbasa sausage to the crockpot.
- Combine diced onion, sliced carrots, celery, and diced potatoes.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Add chili powder, garlic powder, and oregano; stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- For a thicker stew, mix corn starch with cold water, then stir into the crockpot 10 minutes before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
