Ingredients

  • Honey (1/3 cup)
  • Hot Sauce (1.5 tsp, Frank's or Cholula)
  • Chili Flakes (0.75 tsp)
  • Chicken Breasts (500 g)
  • Paprika (2 tsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Onion Powder (0.5 tsp)
  • Garlic Powder (0.5 tsp)
  • Dried Oregano (0.5 tsp)
  • Black Pepper (0.5 tsp)
  • Cayenne Pepper (0.25 tsp)
  • Plain Flour (35 g, 1/4 cup)
  • Eggs (2 large, beaten)
  • Panko Breadcrumbs (65 g, 1 cup)
  • Vegetable Oil (6-8 tbsp)
  • Feta Cheese (200 g, 7 oz)

Instructions

  • Mix honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create cutlets.
  • Combine spices and divide them for seasoning the flour and Panko.
  • Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko.
  • Dip each cutlet in flour, then egg, and coat with Panko.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry cutlets until golden brown.
  • Broil cooked chicken with crumbled feta until it softens.
  • Drizzle honey mixture over the chicken and serve hot.

Notes
