- Chicken Breasts (500 g)
- Paprika (2 tsp)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Onion Powder (0.5 tsp)
- Garlic Powder (0.5 tsp)
- Dried Oregano (0.5 tsp)
- Black Pepper (0.5 tsp)
- Cayenne Pepper (0.25 tsp)
- Plain Flour (35 g, 1/4 cup)
- Eggs (2 large, beaten)
- Panko Breadcrumbs (65 g, 1 cup)
- Vegetable Oil (6-8 tbsp)
- Feta Cheese (200 g, 7 oz)
Instructions
- Mix honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create cutlets.
- Combine spices and divide them for seasoning the flour and Panko.
- Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko.
- Dip each cutlet in flour, then egg, and coat with Panko.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry cutlets until golden brown.
- Broil cooked chicken with crumbled feta until it softens.
- Drizzle honey mixture over the chicken and serve hot.
