- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
- Coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil with salt and pepper until browned.
- Remove some mushrooms from the skillet and keep aside.
- Add gnocchi, chicken broth, cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt to the skillet. Boil gently while covered for 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, adjusting the sauce thickness as desired.
- Season the dish and top with reserved mushrooms before serving.
