Description

This Creamy Horseradish Sauce is a delightful blend of mayonnaise, sour cream, and horseradish, offering a rich and zesty flavor that elevates any dish. Whether served with prime rib or as a dip for veggies, it’s a must-have for quick dinners and healthy meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • Salt & freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Fold in minced chives gently to maintain the sauce's texture.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to one week; flavors will develop over time.
For a lighter version, use light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
Make it gluten-free by using tamari instead of Worcestershire sauce.
