- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecan halves or pieces
- Extra fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Wash the celery and cut into 3–4 inch pieces.
- Blend the cream cheese with sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with dried cranberries and toasted pecans.
- Garnish with extra herbs and chill before serving.
Notes
Assemble the celery boats just before serving for maximum crunch.
