  • Cottage Cheese (2 cups, 4% fat)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Half and Half (1/4 cup)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Linguine (1 pound)
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoons)
  • Extra Grated Parmesan for Serving

Instructions

  • Boil the Pasta: Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente.
