Ingredients

  • mint flavored oreos – 24 cookies
  • semisweet chocolate disks – 16 ounces
  • peppermint extract – 1/4 teaspoon
  • green sprinkles – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate disks and heat for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  • Stir in the peppermint extract into the melted chocolate until well combined.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Using a fork, dip each Oreo cookie into the chocolate, letting the excess drip off by tapping the fork against the bowl's edge.
