Description

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Chili Crisp
  • Sweetheart Cabbage
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley
  • Hazelnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and cut the sweetheart cabbage into quarters.
  • Mix melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and chili crisp in a bowl.
  • Brush the mixture onto the cabbage quarters and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for about 20-35 minutes until the edges are charred and cabbage is tender.
  • Toast remaining butter with Panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder in a pan until golden.
  • Sprinkle toasted Panko mixture over the roasted cabbage and add chopped hazelnuts and parsley.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
Use regular cabbage if sweetheart cabbage is unavailable, adjusting the cook time as necessary.
Store leftovers in an airtight container; they can be kept at room temperature for a day or refrigerated for up to 3 days.
