Description

These Chicken Feta Meatballs with Tzatziki Dip are flavorful, easy to make, and perfect for any occasion. Enjoy the rich taste of chicken and feta paired with a refreshing dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix ground chicken, egg, oregano, mint, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, feta, and salt in a bowl.
  • Form mixture into 24-25 meatballs.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Brown meatballs for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Prepare tzatziki by mixing yogurt, drained cucumber, mint, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Serve meatballs with tzatziki dip.

Notes

If mixture is too wet, add more Panko.
Use room temperature egg for better binding.
Allow tzatziki to rest for flavors to meld.
