Description

Candy Cane Fudge offers a delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and crunchy candy canes. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for gifting or holiday gatherings, ensuring smiles with every bite!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces

Instructions

  • Line a 9×9" or 8×8" pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and heat in additional 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in chopped candy canes and pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until set.
