- 12 cups chopped butter croissants
- 3/4 cup salted butter + 2 tablespoons
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons On Everything All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 2 large organic eggs, whisked
- 1 cup chicken stock, organic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Chop butter croissants into medium-sized pieces.
- Melt 3/4 cup butter in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add chopped celery, On Everything blend, garlic powder, and optional sea salt; sauté until tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine croissants, sautéed vegetables, eggs, and chicken stock; mix gently.
- Transfer to the greased baking dish, adding extra stock if desired; dot with remaining butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake another 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken stock with vegetable broth.
Make ahead by preparing a day in advance and refrigerating before baking.
