Description

Brie Cheese Bread features a golden crust filled with creamy Brie, crunchy prosciutto, and sweet honey. It’s an easy, delightful snack for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 sourdough bread loaf or baguette
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 23 tablespoons roasted and salted pistachios, crushed or chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 12 teaspoons fresh or dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Lay prosciutto slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, place sourdough loaf half and top with sliced Brie.
  • Chop cooled prosciutto into small bits and sprinkle on top with crushed pistachios and thyme.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until bread is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Drizzle hot honey and finish with thyme and sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use gluten-free bread if needed to cater to dietary restrictions.
For a vegan option, substitute Brie with dairy-free cheese.
