Ingredients

  • Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Fajita Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Bell Peppers (Yellow, Green, Red)
  • Red Onion
  • Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Slice bell peppers and red onion into uniform strips.
  • Combine fajita seasoning, salt, and avocado oil in a bowl.
  • Toss chicken and veggies in the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange chicken and veggies in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 11 minutes, then shake the basket to redistribute.
  • Cook for another 11 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
