- 36 Oreo cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
- 2–3 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing in a zip-top bag.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies, cream cheese, and cottage cheese until fully mixed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, shaking off excess, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before serving.
