Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 23 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing in a zip-top bag.
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies, cream cheese, and cottage cheese until fully mixed.
