Instructions
- Combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape into bagels.
- Place shaped bagels on a lined baking sheet.

- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22 minutes, then increase heat to 450°F (232°C) for 4 more minutes.
